Oct 04Alzheimer's Walk concert
MCS groups travel to Mt. Mary College to provide “music to walk to” at the onset of the annual Alzheimer’s Walk. Suzuki groups only.
Oct 18Sr. Noraleen Competition
This competition is open only to MCS students. There are five ability levels, and the first-place winner in each level will receive a Semester II Registration fee waiver and a 50% discount on their Semester II lessons. Other prizes to be announced. All place-winners will then perform on the Honors Recital on November 8th. Applications will be available at the beginning of Semester I. Contact Lo-Ann Trembley for more information.

MCS groups perform holiday favorites in the Cedarburg Community Gym, W63 N641 Washington Avenue, Cedarburg.

The Holiday concert has become an annual favorite for all involved, and features all the MCS groups, ensembles and faculty.

During this weekend of concerts, all MCS students perform a prepared piece. The concerts are scheduled to take place prior to WSMA’s Solo and Ensemble competition, helping motivate students to prepare early! Janet Christopulos is the 2009 Recital Coordinator.
